What Promoloops does

Promoloops helps you make social media posts. It reads a product page you link to, or a description you write, and uses AI to write briefs, slideshows, captions and pictures, which you can edit, download, and schedule to your own social accounts.

The beta

Promoloops is in beta. Features may change, appear or go away, and things may sometimes break. During the beta the service is free within the limits shown in your account. We'll give you notice before any paid plan starts, and we won't charge you unless you choose one.

Your account

• You must be at least 16, and able to agree to these terms (or have permission from the business you represent).
• Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Your content

You own what you put into Promoloops (your descriptions, links and photos) and what you make with it (your slideshows, captions, pictures and videos). You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run Promoloops for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, including photos of other people, and that your posts won't break anyone's rights or the law.

AI-made content

Briefs, slideshows, captions and pictures are written or made by AI. They can contain mistakes. Check them before you post: you are responsible for what you publish, including any claims about your product, prices, results or health, legal or financial matters. Promoloops is designed not to invent claims, but it can't guarantee that.

Stock photos and other services

Stock photos come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. Posting to TikTok, Instagram or other platforms is subject to their own terms and community rules, which you agree to follow. We're not responsible for those services, or for decisions they make about your posts or accounts.

Fair use

You agree not to use Promoloops to:

• make content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that promotes violence;
• mislead people, including fake reviews, false claims, impersonation, or undisclosed paid promotion;
• spam, or post in ways that break a platform's rules;
• infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• attack, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

When billing opens, paid plans will be charged monthly in advance and renew until you cancel. Each plan includes a number of slideshows and AI pictures a month, and unused amounts don't roll over. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.

Ending your account

You can stop using Promoloops and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service, giving you notice where we reasonably can so you can download your content.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Promoloops is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or bring you any particular result, such as views, followers or sales.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you haven't paid us anything). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Promoloops grows. We'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, email you before they take effect. If you keep using Promoloops after that, the new terms apply.
